Three groups touch it. You are the main user — you see only the people from your own organisation, and nobody else's. The people you support never sign into the hub at all; they work on the programme sites, and you bring them there with a join code or an upload. Talent People verify your account, approve organisations that are not yet listed, and decide which programmes appear in the hub.

You cannot self-serve your way in. A person at Talent People has to approve your account before any data is visible. Until then the site shows a holding page. That's deliberate — the hub shows personal information about the people you support, so every account is checked first.

Safeguarding-first, by design

Every careers leader is verified by the Talent People team before seeing any data about the people they support. You'll only ever see your own organisation's people, and their profile and progress views leave out dates of birth, special-category data, SEND details and home postcodes — data minimisation is built in, in line with the ICO Children's Code wherever the people you support are under 18.
