Who we are

The Careers Leader Hub is operated by Talent People. It gives verified careers leaders at schools a school-scoped view of their students' participation in Talent People work-experience programmes.

What we collect about you

When you register as a careers leader we collect your name, work email address, optional phone number, and the school you represent. If you choose to upload DBS evidence to support your verification, that document is stored in private, access-controlled storage and is only viewed by authorised Talent People staff for the purpose of approving your account.

Student data you can see

Careers leaders only see students linked to their own school, and only the minimum needed to support them: name, programme enrolment and progress. Dates of birth, special-category data (such as ethnicity or religion) and SEND information are never shown to careers leaders, in line with the ICO Children's Code and our data-minimisation commitments.

How long we keep it

Account records are kept while your account is active. Verification evidence is retained only as long as needed to support the verification decision. You can ask us to remove your account at any time.

Your rights and contact
