Terms of use

1. Who may use the hub

The Careers Leader Hub is for careers leaders, careers advisers and other staff with a legitimate safeguarding-vetted role at a school or education establishment. Accounts are individually verified by Talent People before any student data is visible.

2. Acceptable use

You must only use student information shown in the hub to support students at your own school in their careers and work-experience journey. You must not share hub data outside your school's legitimate safeguarding and careers-support processes, attempt to access data for schools other than your own, or share your account with others.

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm the details you provide at registration are accurate, that you hold a current role at the school you select, and that you will tell us promptly if you leave that role so we can close or transfer your account.

4. Our responsibilities

Talent People operates the hub with data minimisation by default, verifies every careers leader before granting access, and may suspend accounts where we believe these terms have been breached or where safeguarding requires it.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be flagged in the hub and may require re-acceptance before continued use.
